JACK IS ONEDERFUL!!

Image
So yes... Jodi did have a little party for Jack of course but I wasn't invited (sob!).  It was family only.  Of course his Auntie Laura (I'm still family) did need to come over for a visit to see the little man who was walking all over the place! So adorable!!! He liked the presents I brought him and he REALLY liked me! We laughed because I would pucker up my lips and he would plant one right on me!  Open-mouthed of course, just like my babies did when they were that age. I love that another little one has stolen my heart and I also love that on May 13th another little boy will steal my heart... Jack's little brother! Congratulations Jodi, Randy & Big Brother Jack!!

Sean's One-derful Day!

On Saturday, my little boy turned one (And my Grandpa Jonasen would have turned 96)! It is hard to believe that it has been a year already since I delivered Sean Asher! In the morning, I took the kids and met my mom at our hospital for the Walk to Remember and Jeff had his graduate class until 3:00. There was also some football game going on which everyone was excited to watch. Sean fell asleep when we got home after the excitement of the ...

Zach's ONE-derful Party!

It's hard to believe that it has only been a year since I delivered Zachy! I remember it so clearly- thinking that he must be a girl- tossing around girl names- and watching Dr. B. pull him from me and being able to announce to Jeff and the rest of the room... "OH MY GOODNESS, IT'S A BOY!!" I also remember Jeff rushing to the warmer (as he did with Al) and stating, "Let's have 12 more." To which I responded- "There's a room full of witnesses- but I only want one more!" It all feels like yesterday- and yet he has changed so much and has his own personality so different than his sibs! Planning Zach's first party was a bit of a challenge. I thought I had everything planned and figured out and then I realized I had planned it on a day that I had a class. Last minute, I was making calls and luckily almost everyone was able to rearrange their schedule and come. It was a low-key family party- which of course includes Godparents. "Un...
